TUCA Announces the Inaugural Young Leaders Council!

We are proud to introduce TUCA’s first-ever Young Leaders Council, launching January 14th, 2026. This exciting initiative is designed to empower our young professionals with the tools, mindset, and network to lead with impact.

Application Details:

All applications will be reviewed by the Young Leaders Council Board

Deadline: Please submit by January 9, 2026

Limited spots available (15-20) — only 2 applicants per company

Eligibility:

Must be 35 years or younger or have 10 years or less experience in the field

Must be a TUCA Member.

Program Overview: Participants will attend the following:

Social networking Event

Leadership & Extreme Ownership

Leading Without Authority

Conflict Resolution / Communication

Completion Party – Top Golf

TUCA of Middle Tennessee will allow any prospective member to attend up to two (2) events without joining so that they can see what TUCA is and what it has to offer. This includes any type of event apart from Annual, Committee, or Board meetings.

The prospective member may attend a lunch event at the member rate if they are sponsored by a current member, one time only; other events will be at the non-member rate.

All events must be paid for in advance.
